Bookkeeping/Expense Reporting/Supplies Management

  • Review, code and get invoices approval.
  • Receive payments, run reports and prepare bank deposits.
  • Research past due accounts, contact vendors and update vendors information.
  • Prepare and audit expense reports for staff, get reports approval and follow up on reports not processed.
  • Monthly collection of budget forecast information from teams, review with supervisor and input on budget system.
  • Monitor dollars expend against budget forecast during the following month.
  • Create a standard procedure for ordering supplies, management of supplies stock room and monitor an annual budget of $24,000.
